2. About this policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect about you through the website print-consult-srl-website.pages.dev (or, after the firm's own domain is purchased, printconsult.ro), why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have regarding it.

This policy complies with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romania's Law no. 190/2018 on the application of GDPR.

3. What data we collect

3.1. The contact form

When you fill in the contact form on the site, we collect the data you enter: name, company (optional), email address, phone (optional) and your message. This data is used exclusively to respond to your request and prepare a technical quote.

The message is delivered to us by email (through a transactional email provider — see Section 5). We do not use this data for automated marketing and do not share it for other purposes.

3.2. Data collected automatically when you visit the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes server-side:

• IP address (for anti-bot purposes, pseudonymized)
• Browser type and operating system
• Page visited and time of visit
• Referrer source

This data is used exclusively for security and performance (anti-DDoS, anti-bot, fast content delivery). We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other marketing tracking tools. See the Cookie Policy for details.

3.3. Map

On the Contact page we show our address through a card that, when clicked, takes you to Google Maps in a new tab. The site does not load an embedded Google Maps iframe and sets no Google cookies. Only after you choose to open the link are you taken to google.com, where Google's privacy policy applies.

⚠ Note (demo): at launch we may add an embedded interactive map; in that case we will show a consent banner and update this policy plus the Cookie Policy.

3.4. Data we do not collect

• We do not collect Romanian national ID (CNP), bank accounts, or other sensitive data via the site.
• We do not collect data from minors. The site is for persons aged 16 and over.
• We do not use automated profiling or automated decision-making (Art. 22 GDPR).
• We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

9. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data:

• The site uses HTTPS (TLS encryption).
• Cloudflare provides anti-DDoS and anti-bot protection.
• Access to the firm's inbox is restricted to authorized persons.
• 72-hour notification to ANSPDCP in case of a security incident affecting your data.

10. International transfers

Some data may be processed in the USA (via Cloudflare and, at launch, the email provider). These transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.
