These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern use of the website print-consult-srl-website.pages.dev ("the Site") and the relationship between you, as a visitor, and PRINT CONSULT SRL ("we", "the company").
Using the Site implies acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

3. Who the Site is for
The Site presents the activity of Print Consult — a B2B distributor of equipment, inks and consumables for the printing industry — and lets visitors get in touch via the contact form, phone or email. The Site does not sell products or services directly online — any transaction follows an individual discussion and an explicit agreement between the parties.
The Site is aimed at B2B customers (print houses, label and packaging manufacturers) and persons aged 16 and over.
4. Services offered
Print Consult offers, as a distributor and technical agent for the printing industry:
- Industrial equipment — flexo presses, label and packaging systems; selection, configuration and commissioning.
- Inks & consumables — UV, solvent and water-based inks, plus the right consumables for each process.
- Brand representation — official representative of leading international brands.
- Technical consulting — choosing the right workflow for the client's production.
- Financing & leasing — structuring equipment investment.
- Service & maintenance — maintenance contracts, genuine parts, scheduled interventions.
We are the technical partner to Romania's print houses, part of Ferry Group. Prices are indicative and set by quote following direct contact.
5. How a contract is formed
5.1. Requesting a quote
To request a quote, contact us via the form on the Site, by phone (+40 744 622 487) or email (info.pc@ferrygrp.com). Describe your technical need (equipment, consumable, production workflow).
5.2. Consulting and quoting
For equipment projects, we assess your technical workflow (possibly on site) and prepare a quote with the proposed configuration and consumables, including financing options.
5.3. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is considered concluded when we mutually confirm, in writing, the details (subject, duration, price, payment stages, installation, service). For equipment deliveries, we sign a written contract before execution.
5.4. Prices and VAT
Final prices are agreed in the quote. PRINT CONSULT SRL is VAT-registered. Quote prices are stated per Romanian fiscal law; payment terms are set in the quote/contract. We issue invoices per Romanian law.
6. Warranty and service
Equipment and consumables carry the warranty offered by the manufacturers we represent. We provide installation, calibration, maintenance contracts and genuine parts, under the conditions agreed in the quote/contract.
7. Complaints and disputes
7.1. How to complain
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us directly at info.pc@ferrygrp.com or +40 744 622 487. We will try to resolve the situation within 30 days of receiving the complaint.
7.2. Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL)
For consumer disputes, Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) mechanisms coordinated by the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) are available:

7.3. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

7.4. Court
If SAL does not resolve the dispute, the court of Timiș county has jurisdiction, under Romanian law.
8. Liability
8.1. Limitations
The Site content is informational. We make reasonable efforts to keep information (service descriptions, represented brands, hours, contact details) correct and up to date. We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from transcription errors or delayed updates, except where the law provides otherwise.
8.2. Availability
The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% availability (maintenance, host outages).
8.3. External content
The Site contains links to external pages (Google Maps, ANPC, the Ferry Group site, the sites of represented manufacturers). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Intellectual property
The Site content (text, illustrations, design, structure) is the property of PRINT CONSULT SRL or used with permission. The brand names and logos of represented manufacturers (Lombardi, Mimaki, Epson, Daetwyler SwissTec, Rotoflex, Zeller+Gmelin, Zecher, DeCoSystem) belong to their holders and are used to indicate the representation relationship. ANPC icons belong to ANPC.
Exceptions:
- You may share links to pages.
- You may print a page for personal, non-commercial use.
10. Acceptable use of the Site
Please do not use the Site to:
- Send spam, abusive, illegal or unsolicited messages through the form.
- Attempt to affect or compromise the Site's security (attacks, scans, exploits).
- Scrape content automatically without consent.
- Impersonate another person or company.
We reserve the right to block access from any IP address that breaches these Terms.
11. Personal data and cookies
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookie use is described in the Cookie Policy.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The current version is indicated at the start of the document. Changes take effect upon publication.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform obligations caused by force majeure events, under the Romanian Civil Code.
14. Severability and applicable law
If a clause of these Terms is declared null, the others remain in force. These Terms are governed by Romanian law; any dispute is resolved per Section 7.
